ALL OUR COFFEES ARE GREEN/UNROASTED, SPECIALTY-GRADE ARABICA BEANS (with the exception of one Robusta we carry for use in espresso blends).
WE MOVE A LOT OF COFFEE, SO YOU CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON IT BEING FRESH. Also remember that coffee is a CROP, so when we run out of a particular coffee it might not be available again until the next crop year...IF the next crop is up to our standards.

Any "Out of Stock" coffees are listed under the category "Inactive Items"
so if you don't find what you are looking for under a coffee catagory, check Inactive Items. If it's not there either and you really want it, send us an email; we'll see what we can do.
